PayPal Pays First, So You Don't Pay Dearly Later

I still find PayPal my preferred payment option as it has a clear status as the interim safe payment party. Indeed, I think PayPal needs to never forget to play up this unique aspect so it's not lost in customer's minds - that PayPal pays first, so you don't end up.'paying dearly' later.
