Paypal credit review from a former university student.

Paypal credit is amazing, started using it while a student at university with a modest credit limit of £600, and it enabled me to buy things that helped me through my studies. The service has always felt premium (from the app). I have never had any security issues, in fact when I pre order or buy things from new or unown places I use PayPal credit because I have peace of mind that my money and rights are protected. The minimum payment per month is also very fair. PayPal credit has also expanded to use a virtual credit card which means I can now use credit even at places that don't support PayPal e.g. brick and mortar stores. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
