Purchase now and pay later promotion was good but I...

Purchase now and pay later promotion was good but I could not know when this promotion will come to an end. It would be good to remind a consumer to remind the same in advance. I contacted the customer service as the D/D payment somehow did not go through and I was charged for the late fee. The customer service was not helpful at all as they could not explain to me what they could do. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
