PayPal buyer protection is worthless

PayPal failed to protect my purchase for a fake item from the brand Chanel after I fount out when I took the item to Chanel repair and their intellectual property team confirm the item purchased using PayPal platform was not genuine. PayPal refuse to refund me. Buyer protection is not worth the paper it printed on Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
