I had to make a claim, it was dealt with quickly and easy and no fuss or complications. I slightly bumped into another car in a car park, the guy was furious, i apoligised and was also in grief as my daughter had just text to say she was in hospital. He said we will work it out. I told him i was in cornwall visiting my son the next day for a few days and will sort it when i get home. The guy hounded me all week wanting money. I exlained to One Call what was going on and the lady was very good and problem was dealt with and i felt much calmer talking to her Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
