Great service

Have not had the need to contact customer services therefore cannot comment. I found the Pay in 3 very useful at the time of buying and big item. It allowed me to manage my finances better without the stress of having to struggle for a month of buying outright. Prompt reminders that instalment due. Option to set up direct debit but I found the reminders enough. Thank you PayPal. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Online shopping with ease and peace of mind

I stumbled across PayPay Credit whilst shopping for some bags for travelling which were not cheap. PayPal offered 3 monthly interest free instalments which made the purchase more comfortable to buy. I like to use PayPal for its protection when buying from companies I do not know, therefore set it up and paid my instalments back with ease and peace of mind. It was all very simple to do. PayPal reminded me of when the instalment was due to be paid. Very good, thank you. I did not have the need to contact customer service therefore unable to comment on them.
