Excellent personal service

I had a mortgage product that was maturing. The Newbury wrote to me a bit in advance and offered me an appointment. I accepted a telephone appointment. The advisor called me precisely on time (on a Saturday morning) and talked me through the options. After half an hour's deliberation I called her back and was put straight through to her. The documents arrived a couple of days later, which I signed and all was done. It could not have been more straightforward. To put the icing on the cake as my new deal was slightly better than my old one they offered to move me straight away rather than waiting the few weeks until my old deal expired!
