Ive had a few bad experiences i wouldnt rate them at all. I had signed up to a course once i cant remember if it was £300 or more but 2 weeks in i realised it was pretty poor and i could no longer take part. I asked them to cancel the payments but they wouldnt. They kept charging me even though i wasnt on the course. They said she wouldnt give the money back. This women who lives in America advertises on Eventbright that she lives in the UK. Also i took up this quiz or simular for ADHD i paid 1 payment but did not agree or sign up to any more. It was a few weeks before i was aware that they had started taking more payments with no authority. It was christmas i was working a lot they said i didnt reply or let them know in time and would not refund me even though there was no agrerment. Awful customer service can be excellent.
