Excellent New Customer Experience

I have not had a product with Family Building Society previously but my experience with them from start to finish has been excellent. I did everything I needed to do to open a savings account online and was kept up to date with how my application was progressing and also received correspondence by mail. I also needed to contact the Family B/S by telephone and the two people I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly and called me back when they said they would. I was so impressed that I have already recommended them to a family member who has also taken out a savings product with them and had the same great experience. Thank you a Family B/S.
