Good interaction with the team and prompted by a letter from NBS, re coming to end of offer period on mortgage product, Had a chat, re transferring to a new discounted product. Spotted an ERC in the T&Cs, which was then overridden, but wonder how many other people would not have spotted it and been liable to ERC. Reviewed on: 25th October 2019

Thanks for pointing this out, our advisers should explain this, and for those customers that qualify, we have a secondary check when the mortgage switches to ensure it is not charged.
