Warning- Do not use Pockit

My account has been suspended as I paid more than £250 into my account. I was saving for a holiday and have almost £2000 locked up. I supplied them with all the proof they requested and they have not unfrozen my account a month later. My holiday is over now and I am £2000 poorer. How can this be allowed?? Please people be a safe and go to your bank instead. Reviewed on: 30th October 2019
