Drain damage claim

I made a claim but advised fault occurred under previous year policy. Was put in touch with underwriters and claim process was fairly smooth. Some issue with the LWA response but they spoke to each other and sorted. Although they agreed to a repair I wasn't sure about digging up under my garage. So after discussing they agreed a less intrusive repair, which turned out cheaper. So win win. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
