The Customer Care Team at Piggy Bank Changed My Perspective

I have used Piggy Bank a number of times for pay day loans as they are one of the easiest lenders on the market to work with. I came into some financial difficulty not long ago and lack of communication meant I was frustrated with Piggy Bank and generally not happy. The moment I voiced my opinion of ill ease their staff were perfect in setting up the motions to get my complaint dealt with properly, I was spoken to with respect and made to feel at ease. Piggy bank even asked for my opinion on how they could make their customer care better for customers like myself, it was this inclusion that made me really happy with the outcome.
