A bank for the times

We switched to Starling Bank following a flurry of terrible customer service from our "traditional high street bank". We haven't looked back since. The switch was quick and easy, and everything after that has been great. App-based banking designed from the ground up means instant notifications and real-time spending updates - no second guessing where your money is, or where its going. And when we have needed to contact their (UK-based) customer services they have understood the issue and been swift to reply. We recommend Starling Bank to all our friends and family.
