Easy and simple, but not basic

Starling offers an easily accessible way to manage every aspect of its banking in the app, as my first bank account, I found myself easily understanding most of it in no time, and the features of the app help greatly to keep track of personal spending, being able to see who was payed, and where, and having instant push notification for any transaction, making it very quickly possible to lock the card - also easily done in app, if there is a fraud. The transparency is also outstanding, with the CEO being truly present and shown to be really listening to the customer base with improvement over improvement. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019
