Fast and friendly service

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and my dog had a Addison’s disease crisis, instantly they said they would sort out everything from their end and just to concentrate on my dog. They were true to their word, claims paid quickly and my boy needs ongoing treatment. This is fully covered, claim is submitted at 10am and paid out by 4pm. The same day. Can’t recommend enough Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent value

Have used the we swap cars for over a year on numerous foreign holidays and can honestly say I wouldn’t be without it, I had one issue which was the retailers fault and within 24 hrs we swap had sorted it for me and I had my money back, excellent customer service, however only on line on the weekends Reviewed on: 7th November 2019
