Their money-back guarantee has caveats in the small print that you are unable to consider when ordering certain products. I once had to go to a great length to prove that a return reached the customer to get my money back after a long dispute. After many reassurances by the customer service team, I ended up without a product worth £1,000 and without a refund. I had to fight really hard to get my money back.
