Worst company even would be funny if wasn’t costing me

Got blocked out of account due to you needing additional security which includes an historic phone number - no other options to validate ID. Tried customer service- also useless, therefore emailed a complaint and only get notifications that my complaint might have been responded to, but and here’s the kicker, the replies are in the app which I cannot access. I’ve emailed and called countless times to sort, to no avail, and yet you are still facilitating payments I have cancelled somehow to my bank account. My only option is now to raise a formal complaint to the ombudsman. I think you are the worse company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and the fact you have been nominated for an award is frankly laughable. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
