Doesn't honour reward offers

WeSwap send regular emails and twice since being with them I have received emails that I've interacted with offering additional cash if I top up a certain amount or so on however these have not been offered and because I had to top up the account and you can't transfer out of WeSwap, my money is now stuck on that card even though it's useless being there. Would not reccomend as I provided this as feedback and didn't get a response. Poor customer service. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019
