I had a debt collector at my door

I had a debt collector at my door with my newborn and two year old, I was in a complete state and the gentleman on the phone was so kind and helpful, he did everything he could to advise and sort the situation. He got me breathing space that night. He was superb! I honestly can’t thank him enough. He then advised me my options going forward and helped me sort my situation completely.
