Totally useless!!! 5 phone calls ( each time having to explain what needed).Put on hold several times, got cut off several times and also tried online which also crashed. Only wanted to change my insurance onto a new car....surely that's an every day occurrence in insurance?? Very unprofessional, will never use company again. Overseas call centre.
