Great app and customer service

I had a scare when some money was fraudulently taken out of my account! Due to the monzo app able to display this in real time I was alerted. This was late at night and I was still able to swiftly get through to monzo customer service who had refunded the amount taken out and sent a new card with new details so that the same fraud would not reoccur Took the stress out of a very stressful situation!
