PayPal agents care...

It's always been a good customer experience anytime I've had occasion to contact PayPal. The agents are knowledgeable and tend to understand the issues posed to them. For example, I decided to take advantage of their credit facility but realised I had attracted interest in error. The agent dealing with my case understood how the issue arise and as a gesture of goodwill refunded the interest paid. Reviewed on: 11th July 2026
