Horrendous Customer Server

Log a call on Monday and you're lucky if you've had a response by Friday in some cases. Worst of all don't try asking their community for your help as you'll just shouted down by a bunch of people who will accuse you of just trying to make Monzo look bad. Best thing I did was close my account Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
