Money Wellness were so kind, thoughtful, understanding, and genuinely (super) human. To be honest, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by *everything* for quite some time now (separate from the call itself ) and found myself getting quite emotional during pauses in our chats. I think there was a fair bit of catharsis in finally trying to get something fixed! I’m aware I probably didn’t make things easy for the rep at times, as some of my answers were more than a little rambling, unclear, and panicked. I was trying very hard not to misrepresent or exaggerate anything for sympathy, which probably made my answers even more tangled! But despite my best efforts to work myself up with overwrought blah-blah-blahs, they did an incredible job of putting me at ease while also clearly explaining the information and considerations I needed to take into account. There is so much stress, future worry, and personal shame wrapped up in already complicated situations like this, and they navigated it like a pro. I felt really taken care of by someone who sincerely wanted to help. So please give [the Money Wellness person I talked to] a raise, a professional fist bump, or even a cape to wear as part of their work uniform moving forward. They deserve constant applause for the work they do, and I really appreciate their support and continued patience with me. As a representative of the important work Money Wellness does, the rep really embodied the good that they all do. Please pass on my sincere thanks to them (again), and give the rest of the Money Wellness organisation a group hug for their combined efforts at the same time. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my wallet, and I’m no longer quite so scared to face the hungry moths hiding inside. Silly metaphor aside, I cannot possibly thank them all enough, which is why this grateful feedback may read a little much?? [Money Weellness made such a good impression on me, I emailed this feedback directly to them earlier in the week, so please forgive any weird language changes!
