Puts other banks to shame

It just works. I can’t believe it took this long, in this day and age, for a bank to be this easy. The features and things Monzo offer are fantastic - so much so that I see the other big banks rolling copy-cat stuff all the time. Their customer service is so far ahead of any other bank. Their transparency is so refreshing. There’s always room for improvement - and no company should ever be 100% trusted by their customers, but Monzo has done nothing to say otherwise - as far as I’m concerned.
