Very poor business in all aspects.

I have been a Monzo customer since the early days as a keen fintech follower and Nonzo just goes from bad to worse. Nickel and diming customers at every turn with charges for everything, slow non existent customer service, if you can get it since they hide the ‘contact customer service’ button purposely, bad attitude from staff, why people rate them I have no idea. Closed, dishonest and opaque.

I have had Monzo for a considerable time and the product, service, and company as a whole, are getting worse and worse. My app has never worked properly, I get red error messages if I do half a dozen different actions, which has been mentioned to CS to a shoulder shrug, but mostly I paid out for their premium plan, Monzo Plus which the company completely made a hash-up off, and have now scrapped. Despite scrapping the product and going back to the drawing board because it was a complete failure, they refused to refund customers or accept any liability, claiming that they had delivered the product, despite obvious evidence that they did not. Shocking morals from a company that claims to be open, honest and transparent, and not like the rest of the sector. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them after that.
