Legacy banks out, Monzo in!

Monzo have been incredibly helpful to everyone I know that uses them. Their quality of customer service is excellent and their communication is superb. I've always wished it could be this easy with others - Monzo doesn't just know technology, it knows humanity. Something legacy banks like Santander often don't demonstrate to their fullest.
