Opening an account was a breeze although a little unorthodox. Instant spend notifications are great and the fact I never have a "pending" transaction is brilliant. The new salary sorter makes saving money and "setting out the stall" for the month so unbelievably easy. Customer service is grade-A. Had an issue where someone had cloned my card and used it to buy a load of junk online. Thanks to instant notifications I was instantly aware and froze my card. Within 15 minutes of being on the phone to customer services I was refunded and a new card was at my door the next day. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
