Impossible to contact customer support

Monzo starts out as a shiny app with a fun card, all works very well until something goes wrong and you need to talk to them. They've made it almost impossible to get through and cut costs to the point where it is very hard to get help. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Switched to Starling after I got fed up waiting for Monzo to sort out international payments. They even support accounts in Euros, it's brilliant. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Poor if you have family overseas

Monzo, unlike most banks, don't support receiving payments via IBAN which really limits the account to those entirely from the UK. Not sure why they don't fix it. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022
