Reliable, transparent, customer focused experience

It starts with a best banking app, which is constantly improving, and continues through to staff who care and want to make a difference, want to help you manage your money better. At times their transparency has been used against them, but it is to their credit they react well to all challenges, and stay positive and inclusive. The app is smart and has made a dramatic difference to how I manage my money, and it's interesting to see how banks now starting to offer similar things. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
