Worst service I have ever experienced.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They took back the courtesy car two weeks before settling my claim, and now, three weeks later, I am still waiting for payment. Emails are completely ignored unless I call them first, at which point they suddenly "find" my email only to offer another excuse. Every customer service representative gives a different explanation and a different version of the company's policies, showing a complete lack of consistency and professionalism. The entire process has been frustrating, disorganized, and unacceptable. Poor communication, constant delays, and contradictory information have made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
