Good Service

Good customer service, I don't like when agents try to upsell. All I wanted to do was change the address on my policy as I have moved and when I took out the policy I chose the additional premiums that I wanted. Having said that, once I said that I didn't want the enhancements, the agent dealt with my query reasonably quick;y. I would prefer to be able to speak to someone on the phone rather than having to type in a box, i find that very impersonal Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
