Organised and in control

Being paid weekly it’s been difficult in the past putting money by and forgetting about the bigger bills. Now I have the pots I pay weekly into them so now I can see how much I have left each week. The customer support team are excellent too. I had a query after a refund went to my old account after it was switched. They knew the process and assured me that it would arrive in my new account.
