After a water leak in a new kitchen, I have tried to claim from Nationwide who instructed BVS assessors. They seem intent on offering cash settlements of less than half the quote to repair After 4 quotes of more than double the offer still waiting with a damaged kitchen. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
