Such a breath of fresh air

Ive been with Starling since the early days, but im constantly pleasantly surprised by the innovative updates popping out regularly. Theyre just leaps and bounds ahead and a dramatic change from the past. No more queues at a branch (assuming it was open), no more grumpy call centres. The offerings are great, priced competitively - euro conversions etc, and the app is just so beautifully designed and a genuine pleasure to use. When you do need to get in touch, there's a human answering within seconds on the app, and it's like chatting to a friend - and they know exactly what to do too. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
