Great people

Both while setting up the mortgage and during the period of the mortgage everyone at the Mansfield was very helpful. My disappointment was leaving and that was because the Mansfield has no flexibility in its rules. We were happy and wanted to stay, but the Mansfield were unable to offer a product which is on offer with them, but not to us. Rules are there as a guidance and should be used as such, not in concrete. The product which was on offer at the Mansfield we have taken elsewhere. Reviewed on: 25th August 2021

Established rapport with Emma on initial telephone call. She was going on holiday so booked appointment on her return. Business was conducted in a personal and professional level. Put at ease from beginning to end. Friendly attitude from all staff. Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help and make sure you got the right product to suit your needs. Later in life mortgage

Mansfield were one of the early ones with retirement mortgages. I had great service from them, I only changed to get a rolling retirement mortgage. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
