Good service over many years from helpful, friendly staff.

Tidying up our invested cash in our old age is the reason for closure rather than any dissatisfaction. The one little niggle I have was the prospect of having to pay £50 for the closure of 2 accounts by bank transfer, especially in current lockdown circumstances. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Not as honest a they make out

I had a tracker mortgage. When taking this out i was told that although it wasnt locked to bank of england rate it changed with the bank of england rate. This did not occur. During the lock down i had severe financial difficulties. The bank of england rate came down; mansfields did not. Also when my contract came to an end the default rate was excessivrly high... £130+ more a month. This is wrong. Reviewed on: 12th January 2021
