Poor regard for customer loyalty

There are three comments I would make: !. I have now moved to Congleton and have no access to a branch. All my dealings have to be done remotely. 2. Your procedures are not very convenient for a remote user. I have always found your address change procedure far more demanding than others - in particular the period within which a formal document showing the new address is too stringent. I always have difficulty providing one. 3. The two letters I received during the ISA transfer process were curt and sparse. There was no suggestion of any appreciation for my custom over the years. Efficient service experienced.

The people I dealt with were friendly and efficient. No problems experienced whatsoever, and I like the idea of interest only mortgages and that few lenders provide these days. Reviewed on: 29th September 2020
