Cash ISA investment

I needed a reasonable rate of return for a 2022/23 Cash ISA investment of £20,000 and chose the Mansfield based on what I had read about comparable rates. The talk-through by your Mr Higginbottom at the Chesterfield Branch was friendly and thorough but at all times professional. Paperwork was easily comprehensible and response times were good. The score is four star, rather than five, because the reaction time to a change in the BoE interest rate could have been quicker, ideally son after the announcement was made; not lagging behind by so much.
