One of the few who catered for my needs

There are very few BTL Family mortgage providers. The Mansfield provided a competitive rate and underwriting was done on a manual basis not "computer says no" arrangement. They only raised rates when they had to and overall their service was more than acceptable. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023

Not a great experience

It took nearly a month to get an account open - that is not good customer service. Reviewed on: 21st January 2023

Opening an ISA account

We arrived at the Regent St office having recieved by post the isa application forms duly filled in and with the proof of identity.. We were asked if we had an appointment, which was no because we were un aware we needed one. There are no more appointments intil January we were told , so I thought we were being sent away. Fortunately a young lady from the back came out, took our forms etc and said to leave it with her and the accounts would be opened and we would be notified when we could pick up the passbooks or have them sent by post. So overall a good outcome from a dodgy start. Reviewed on: 19th December 2022
