Local building society who care about their customers.

I have been a saver with Mansfield BS for many years, and the need to find a safe home for my savings at the current time is more important than ever = I would wholeheartedly endorse Mansfield BS in this respect, as they offer a wide range of options at above-average rates - the staff at the Sutton-in-Ashfield Branch are especially friendly and helpful. A very efficient friendly building society

I saved with the Mansfield for a number of years and was always satisfied with the service I received. The only reason I closed our account was that I needed easier access to our money and Mansfield instant accounts weren’t as good as a competitor nearer home in South Wales. Disappointed

A really poor customer service from start to finish. I had a specialist product and would have cancelled the transaction on numerous occasions had I not needed this particular product. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022
