Excellent communication with Mansfield team - questions and issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Closed account on due date. Only problem is that monthly direct debit was not included in the final mortgage statement and was paid and then refunded (~5 working days). Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021

The Mansfield Building Society have been excellent from start to finish of our mortgage application. Very efficient and go abovr and beyond for their customers. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Mortgage, it was our 1st property purchase and we wish to thank all the team for making our journey run as smooth as possible.
