Absolute disappointment.

Absolute disappointment. Exorbitant fees and they levy a penalty for cancelling your policy. Slow to process claims but very quick to ask for money. Had a no fault claim and was offered settlement with the third party insurer. Chose to claim with Marshmallow and that was the biggest mistake I made. Had to pay my excess and be threatened with a penalty if I chose to cancel my policy early. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026
