Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

I have been a Starling customer for almost over a year now. Never have I ever felt such a strong connection and a sense of brand loyalty as I have with Starling Bank. As a multidisciplinary creative designer, I am automatically drawn to things that are visually pleasing and can create a beautiful experience - Starling Bank did just that for me. Not only was it incredibly easy to open an account but I was completely blown away by how self explanatory everything was. A few days later I receive my Bank card and from that day onwards I have been in love with Starling. From the moment I received a thick paper that enveloped my beautiful mint green bank card, I knew I had found something special here. This was the first time I noticed the card was printed vertically and not horizontally which is traditionally how it's done but that only shows how much thought Starling Bank puts into things because nowadays we use our cards vertically for everything - from inserting them into ATMs to tapping it on contactless machines. Moreover the app is so pleasing and easy to use. Transferring money is super fast and super easy with the ability to send money to people near you using a Starling account. Lastly, I cannot stress on how amazing the customer service is. Everytime I have had an issue all I do is go to the app and I can chat to someone 24/7. Cannot recommend Starling enough.
