A bank with customer (experience) at the heart of their operation

I started looking for an alternative to high street banks because their solutions are too broad. Along comes challenger banks, and I read a lot of reviews before diving in. I actually signed up with two providers. In almost every area, Starling came up tops. The speed of registration, speed of verification, speed I received my debit card, look and feel of the APP, ability to pay in cash at post offices etc. I simply love Starling.
