Can only report my experience and what I know so far, whenever I’ve spoken to customer service it’s very obvious they know what they are talking about, it’s not some call centre where it’s pot luck with a person’s knowledge on the subject of insurance, there is also a feeling I got it really matters to them that common sense and honesty are used in dealing with people Reviewed on: 6th August 2026
