Customer Service needs improvement. Good prices

I have used Goodtogo for several years taking out both single trip and annual policies. Pricing is normally good compared to alternative insurers. On the one time I had to make a claim it was handled quickly after I submitted the required documentation. I do not find their customer service agents very easy to communicate with. They seem to have a lot who do not have English as a first language and they always seem to have a lot of background noise going on which makes it even more difficult to understand them.
