I had been going through treatment for breast cancer...

I had been going through treatment for breast cancer and had my annual holiday insurance cancelled once I contacted them to tell them of a change of circumstance. Obviously this came as a shock to me as this particular insurance company was started by someone who had experienced breast cancer and found it tricky to get travel insurance. I was told of several companies and organisations that could help me by friends and searched various compare sites. That’s when Good to go came to my attention. I received a quote and then phoned them to double check everything was in order and they had all the relevant correct information of my current condition. The gentleman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, he made everything very clear and I felt very confident and reassured I could go ahead with my much needed family holiday. It had been a very stressful emotional time and I cannot describe the feeling of at last finding an insurance company that could help me and at the same time provided such excellent customer service !!
