International election observer Somliland

I am an experienced international election observer of long standing (55 observation missions across 28 countries in 4 continents). Sometimes we have to observe in challenging countries. I was selected to observe in the unrecognised east African country of Somaliland where there is still an ongoing conflict with the neighbouring failed state of Somalia. Apart from the war there are also hygiene risks with HIV, TB and malaria being endemic. Insurance is essential for such a country. Only High Risk Voyager would insure me. I was grateful as the work I undertake is human rights related and is essential in countries facing democratisation challenges. I would not hesitate in recommending High Risk Voyager.
